1. Submit a tip: You inform us about the owner of a property who wants to sell. This can be done by telephone, e-mail or via our online form.
2. Checking the tip: We check whether we are already familiar with the property or the owner. If this is not the case, we will get in touch.
3. Professional marketing: We take care of everything – from valuation and marketing to concluding the contract.
4. Commission for you: Once the sale has been successfully completed, you will receive your referral commission – paid transparently and reliably, of course.

• The owner must not be known to us prior to your notification.
• You must have given us the tip before the owner contacted us.
• The sale must be successfully completed through us.
